1. Our commitment
Gildoni Ltd is committed to making its website usable by the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We see digital accessibility as part of treating people with equal dignity, and we work to uphold it in line with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments for a Service) Regulations, 2013.
2. The standard we work to
We have built and reviewed this website to conform to Israeli Standard IS 5568, "Web Content Accessibility", at Level AA. That standard is based on the international Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. Conformance means the site is designed to be perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for people using a range of assistive technologies.
3. What we have done to make the site accessible
The accessibility features we have built into gildoni.com include the following.
- Keyboard access. Every interactive element can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone, with a clearly visible focus indicator showing where you are on the page.
- Skip to content. A "Skip to content" link is the first item on every page, so keyboard and screen-reader users can bypass the navigation and go straight to the main content.
- Menus and dialogs. The mobile menu manages keyboard focus correctly: focus moves into it when it opens, stays within it while open, closes when you press the Escape key, and returns to where you were when it closes.
- Readable colour and contrast. Text and meaningful interface elements meet the standard's contrast requirements against their background.
- Clear structure. Pages use proper headings, landmarks, and lists, so the content has a logical structure that assistive technology can navigate.
- Text alternatives. Images that carry meaning have descriptive text alternatives.
- Zoom and responsive layout. The site reflows and remains usable when text is enlarged or the screen is small, and it does not block zooming.
- Reduced motion. If your device is set to reduce motion, on-screen animation and smooth scrolling are turned off.
- Language. The language of each page, and of any passage in another language, is identified so screen readers pronounce content correctly.
4. Scope and known limitations
This statement covers the website at gildoni.com. We test and review the site on an ongoing basis, and we make every reasonable effort to keep it accessible as we add content.

If you find any other part of the site that does not work for you, we want to know, and we will work to fix it.
