You do not buy a course. You enter a ladder at the rung that fits, and the methodology is installed into how your leadership team reasons with AI.

In short

Gildoni installs the Havruta Methodology (formerly the Think Partner Methodology) into how Fortune 500 leaders reason with AI. The work is structured as an installation ladder: it begins with the Eye-Opener Workshop, where a leadership team sees the shift on its own real work, and runs through applied workshops, one-to-one coaching, an ongoing team programme, and focused advisory engagements. A leader enters at the rung that fits the team, and every rung installs the same methodology at a different depth.

The installation ladder

Five rungs, in order, from the gateway to focused advisory work. Each step is deeper than the one before it, and a leadership team enters where it fits rather than starting at the bottom by default.

Depth and commitment rise from left to right. A leader enters at the rung that fits the team; most begin at the Eye-Opener, the prerequisite for everything above it.

  1. 01

    Eye-Opener Workshop

    The gateway

A half-day in which a leadership team watches its own real work transformed and feels the difference between instructing a machine and thinking with one. It is the prerequisite for everything else.

  2. 02

    Applied / Deep Dive Workshop

    The live challenge

A full day that takes a defined strategic challenge the team is actually facing and works it through the methodology end to end, producing decision-ready outputs, not a demonstration.

  3. 03

    Executive 1-1 Coaching Programme

    The individual leader

A tailored programme of ten sessions over about four months for a senior leader. Each session produces a real decision artefact, so the practice is built on the leader's own live work.

  4. 04

    The Havruta

    The team rhythm

An ongoing team programme on a biweekly cadence that embeds structured AI reasoning into how the team actually operates, through practice and continuous reinforcement rather than a one-off event.

02 · Where to start

Where to start

Most teams start with the Eye-Opener, because a team that has not seen the shift for itself cannot be coached into it, and the deeper rungs build on that shared starting point. If you are not sure which rung fits, that is exactly what a Strategic Briefing is for: a short, focused conversation about where AI is, and is not, changing how your leadership team reasons, and where the right entry point would be.

If the prior questions are about return, governance, or what installation asks of the team, see the questions leaders ask first.

Every rung installs the same methodology at a different depth.

Frequently asked questions

How do engagements with Gildoni work?

Gildoni installs the Havruta Methodology through a ladder of engagements rather than a single course. A leadership team usually begins with the Eye-Opener Workshop, a half-day built around its own real work, and continues at the rung that fits: applied workshops on a live challenge, one-to-one executive coaching, an ongoing team programme, or focused advisory units. Every rung installs the same methodology at a different depth.

Where should we start?

With the Eye-Opener Workshop. It is the gateway and the prerequisite for everything else, because the deeper work only has somewhere to stand once a team has seen the shift on its own work. A Strategic Briefing is the way to confirm the right entry point for your team.

Do you publish prices?

No. The engagements are scoped to the team and the question, so pricing is discussed in a Strategic Briefing rather than listed. What every engagement shares is the methodology being installed and a clear outcome for the leaders involved.

Is this AI training?

No. Training adds knowledge about how a model works. Gildoni changes how a leadership team reasons with AI, using what it already knows, differently. The methodology is installed into how the team thinks, not taught as a syllabus.
