Meet Dave is a short animated series from Gildoni Ltd. In every episode Dave, an everyman leader, uses AI like a vending machine: he types one line, grabs the output, and ships it, then wonders why it came back saying nothing. Then he makes one move that changes everything. He stops asking the machine for answers and asks it to question him, and the thinking comes back to him, sharper. A new episode arrives every Wednesday; each one dramatises a discipline from the Havruta Methodology.
What Changed?
Dave is a Group COO. Licences are active, training is complete, pilots are multiplying and every dashboard is green. Then the board asks one question: what business outcome changed? Watch now Episode 02 The Vending Machine Dave has to present next year’s plan at noon, and his page is blank at nine. He ships the machine’s glossy answer, hears it say nothing, then tries something different.
Watch now Episode 03 Name the Problem A board meeting in the morning, no deck, and twenty versions later Dave still does not know what he is walking in there to achieve. Then the machine asks him one question he cannot answer.

The series never laughs at Dave. The vending-machine habit is the villain, never the person, because Dave is every one of us on a Tuesday afternoon with a deadline and a blank page.

What is Meet Dave?
Meet Dave is a short animated series from Gildoni Ltd that dramatises how leaders and students use AI, and how to use it far better. Each episode follows one character, Dave, through one idea in about a minute. The special, What Changed?, runs five and a half minutes and follows Dave as a Group COO facing his board.
Who is Dave?
Dave is an everyman: every leader and every student who asks AI for a quick answer and ships it without reading it back. He is never the butt of the joke. The vending-machine habit is the villain, never the person.
What is the Flip?
The Flip is the turn of every episode. Instead of asking AI for answers, you ask it to question you, and you think your way to a better answer. It is a core move of the Havruta Methodology, and the reasoning stays with you.
When do new episodes come out?
A new episode arrives every Wednesday, here on gildoni.com and on YouTube. Season one runs nine episodes, starting with the trailer, and each one links to the idea behind it.
Is Meet Dave about prompt engineering?
No. The point is not a cleverer prompt. It is a better way of thinking with the machine, one where the judgement stays with the leader and the answer is one only they could have written.
